HOW TO PLAN YOUR ILOILO ITINERARY:

A city tour can be made in a day. This includes Garin Farm which is located 2 hours away from Iloilo City. Although if you plan on transferring to Bacolod or other nearby provinces, We suggest that you spend the night in Iloilo and transfer the next day. If you plan to visit Gigantes Island, travel agencies offer a day tours and 2-day tours. You can cover almost everything within 2-3 days.
2. DETERMINE YOUR HOTEL LOCATION
- If you're heading to Bacolod or Guimaras
It is ideal to book your hotel near the pier. Taxi fare is less than 100PHP while tricycle fare costs less than 50PHP.
- If you're heading to Gigantes Island
It is ideal to book near its jump off location.

Getting to Iloilo City:
A. From Manila/Luzon: Cebu Pacific Air, AirAsia Philippines and Philippine Airlines have direct flights offered from Manila to Iloilo. Direct flights are 1-1.5 hours long. A 20-hour bus and ferry trip is also available from Manila.
B. From Bacolod: Fastcrafts coming from Bacolod Pier have eight daily trips. Each trip is 1-2 hours long.
